The job definition
The drive system of the MS Elsa Essberger had to be submerged by a rudder failure and an existing maneuverability.
Our Solution
During the dive, it was found that the control pin of the so called Beckerruder (specific rudder) no longer pressed into, but against the guide rails. We had to dismantle the disassembly of the construction in order to bring the guide bolt back into the guide rail and thus to its functional position.
